"Las aves,"

Verso de hoy:

 Mira las aves del aire;  no siembran ni cosechan ni se reúnen en graneros, y sin embargo, su Padre Celestial los alimenta.  ¿No es usted de más valor que ellas?  - Mateo 6:26

 Mi familia y yo tenemos la bendición de vivir en una hermosa casa rodeada de naturaleza y cerca de la playa.  Cada mañana, cuando salgo de mi puerta, me saludan los sonidos de la naturaleza, el olor del océano y la vista de pájaros volando sobre mi casa.  Este punto de vista a menudo me recuerda lo que Jesús le dijo a la multitud con respecto a la preocupación: "Mira a los pájaros".  Qué espectáculo tan hermoso verlos volar, piar y liberarse de todas las preocupaciones del mundo.  Sin embargo, confieso que todavía me preocupo por mí y mi familia, especialmente durante estos tiempos de incertidumbre provocados por la pandemia de coronavirus.  Sin embargo, cada día, estas pequeñas y humildes criaturas me recuerdan pensar menos en mis problemas y pensar más en lo que mi Padre Celestial es capaz de hacer.  Porque si está dispuesto a cuidarlos, seguramente nos cuidará a todos.  - Comentario de: Mark Natividad

"The Birds,"

Today's Verse:

Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? - Matthew 6:26

My family and I are blessed to live in a beautiful home surrounded by nature and close to the beach. Each morning, when I step outside my door, I am greeted by the sounds of nature, the smell of the ocean, and the sight of birds soaring over my home. This view often reminds me of what Jesus said to the crowd regarding worrying, “Look at the birds.” What a beautiful sight to see them flying, chirping, and free from all the worries of the world. However, I confess that I do still worry for me and my family, especially during these times of uncertainty brought on by the Coronavirus pandemic. However, every day I am reminded by these little and humble creatures to think less about my problems and think more about what my Heavenly Father is capable of doing. For if He is willing to take care of them He will surely look after all of us. - Commentary by: Mark Natividad

Our Heavenly Father, thank You for all the blessings and plans You have for us. Please comfort us during these times of uncertainty, and give us strength and wisdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
