"Si Jesús Tuviera Un Teléfono Celular,"

 No se preocupen por nada, pero en todo, por medio de la oración y la súplica con acción de gracias, den a conocer sus peticiones a Dios.  - Filipenses 4: 6

 Ha habido muchas ocasiones en mi vida en las que he deseado poder levantar el teléfono y llamar a Jesús.  Lo sé, eso es un poco tonto, ¿o no?  A veces, todo lo que necesito es un amigo al otro lado del teléfono que me escuche.  Pero otras veces necesito el mejor consejero, mi mejor amigo, Jesús, para que me ayude a superar mis problemas.  Por supuesto, hay oración, pero el escritor en mí ha encontrado otra gran herramienta para comunicarse con Él y es escribirle una carta.  Tengo un cuaderno cerca de mí en todo momento.  De esa manera, cuando estoy demasiado agobiado, le escribo una carta a Jesús, como lo haría a un amigo o familiar.  En la carta, le derramo mi corazón y al final, siempre me aseguro de agradecerle con gratitud.  Sé que no puedo ponerlo en un buzón y enviarlo por correo, pero sé que Él me ha escuchado.  Él lo sabe todo, lo abarca todo, está en todas partes.  Ya sea a través de la oración o una carta escrita, nuestro Padre nos ama y quiere que nos comuniquemos con Él.  - Comentario de Anna Pachaud

 Amado Señor, gracias por permitirme desahogarme.  Ayúdanos a buscar siempre refugio en Ti para que a través de Tu gracia y sanación podamos desestresarnos y recargarnos.  Gracias por todo lo que enriqueces mi vida.  Amén.

Today’s Verse:

Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. -  Philippians 4:6

There have been many times in my life that I have wished I could pick up the phone and call Jesus. I know, that’s a little silly, or is it? Sometimes all I need is a friend on the other end of the phone that will listen to me. But other times I need the ultimate counselor, my very best friend, Jesus, to help me through my problems. Of course, there is prayer, but the writer in me has found another great tool to communicate with Him and that is writing Him a letter. I keep a notebook near me at all times. That way when I am overly burdened I write Jesus a letter, just like I would to a friend or family member. In the letter, I pour my heart out to Him and at the end, I always make sure I gratefully thank Him. I know I can’t put it in a mailbox and mail it, but I know He has heard me. He is all knowing, all encompassing, He is everywhere. Whether it is through prayer or a written letter, our Father loves us and He wants us to communicate with Him. - Commentary by Anna Pachaud

Dear Lord, thank You for allowing me to unburden myself. Help us to always seek refuge in You so that through Your grace and healing we can de-stress and recharge. Thank you, for everything You enrich my life with. Amen.
