"Un Espíritu Dispuesto,"
Verso de hoy:
No me eches de tu presencia ni me quites tu santo espíritu.  Devuélveme el gozo de tu salvación y sustente en mí un espíritu dispuesto.  - Salmo 51: 11-12
Hay tantas cosas en este mundo que pueden robarnos la alegría de vivir.  Todos soportamos sufrimientos y trabajamos para superar las luchas de la vida.  Puede ser muy fácil perder de vista la presencia de Dios en nuestras vidas.  A veces, estas luchas pueden impedirnos abrazar un espíritu de alegría.  La clave para abrirse paso y hacer precisamente eso es tener un espíritu dispuesto.  Cuando estamos dispuestos a mirar más allá de lo que tenemos frente a nosotros, podemos ver el panorama más amplio.  Esa imagen nos permite ver un mundo lleno de esperanza y luz en medio del quebrantamiento que nos rodea.  Busque la presencia de Dios en su vida, busque el panorama más amplio.  Al final, su alegría se restaurará y su espíritu también.  - Comentario de Matthew J. Oración de hoy:
Dios Padre, gracias por ser una luz en nuestras vidas.  Enséñanos a encontrar el gozo en el panorama general en lugar del quebrantamiento.  Ayúdanos a abrazar un espíritu dispuesto y a abrazar más Tu presencia.  Amén.

Today’s Verse:
Do not cast me away from your presence, and do not take your holy spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and sustain in me a willing spirit. – Psalm 51:11-12
There are so many things in this world that can steal our joy in life. We all endure sufferings and we work to overcome the struggles of life. It can be so easy to lose sight of God’s presence in our lives. Sometimes these struggles can keep us from embracing a spirit of joy. The key to breaking through and doing just that is having a willing spirit. When we are willing to look beyond what is in front of us, we can see the bigger picture. That picture enables us to see a world filled with hope, and light in the midst of the brokenness that is all around us. Seek God’s presence in your life, search for the bigger picture. In the end, your joy will be restored and your spirit as well. - Commentary by Matthew J. Elliott
Today’s Prayer:
Father God, thank You for being a light in our lives. Teach us to find joy in the bigger picture instead of brokenness. Help us embrace a willing spirit and to embrace Your presence more. Amen.
