"Gracia A Través De La Tentación,"

Verso de hoy:

 Cuando el diablo hubo terminado cada prueba, se apartó de él hasta el momento oportuno.  - Lucas 4:13

 ¿Le resulta más difícil resistir ciertas tentaciones y evitar ciertos pecados?  ¿Es una lucha luchar contra estas tentaciones y seguir el camino de Dios?  ¿Sabes que Jesús sabe exactamente por lo que estás pasando y desea mostrarte compasión en lugar de condenación?  Él sabe por lo que estás pasando porque Él también fue tentado en el desierto.  Satanás se le acercó con "toda prueba".  El hecho de que Jesús resistió y permaneció sin pecado no significa que no sintió ninguna lucha entre lo que Su cuerpo humano quería y lo que era correcto.  Jesús puede compadecerse de nuestras debilidades porque ha estado allí.  Quiere darte el poder para vencer la tentación y no condenarte por luchar.  Continúe peleando la buena batalla de la fe.  ¡Dios terminará la obra que ha comenzado en ti!  - Comentario de Traci Elliott

 Gracias, Jesús, porque has enfrentado las mismas luchas que nosotros y puedes sentir empatía por nosotros.  Gracias por la gracia que libremente das para que, aunque tropecemos, podamos levantarnos e intentarlo de nuevo.  Amén.

Today’s Verse:

When the devil had finished every test, he departed from him until an opportune time. - Luke 4:13

Do you find it harder to resist certain temptations and avoid certain sins? Is it a struggle to fight these temptations and keep on God’s path? Do you know that Jesus knows exactly what you are going through and desires to show you compassion rather than condemnation? He knows what you’re going through because He too was tempted in the wilderness. Satan came at Him with “every test.” Just because Jesus resisted and remained sinless does not mean that He felt no struggle between what His human body wanted and what was right. Jesus can sympathize with our weaknesses because He has been there. He wants to empower you to overcome temptation and not condemn you for struggling. Continue fighting the good fight of faith. Today’s Prayer:

Thank You, Jesus, that You have faced the same struggles we have and can empathize with us. Thank You for the grace You freely give so that, though we may stumble, we can get back up and try again. Amen.
