"Sé El Cambiador De Vida,"

Verso de hoy:

 Su propósito era que las naciones buscaran a Dios y tal vez sintieran su camino hacia él y lo encontraran, aunque no está lejos de ninguno de nosotros.  Porque en él vivimos, nos movemos y existimos… - Hechos 17: 27-28a

 Hechos 17 es uno de esos capítulos que tienes que leer hasta el final para comprender verdaderamente, pero el mensaje es claro y se refiere a Dios.  "Porque en Él vivimos, nos movemos y existimos".  Nuestro propósito al buscar a Dios no es hacer un trato o incluso escuchar el mensaje porque tenemos que hacerlo;  se trata de vivir una vida que represente quiénes somos en Cristo.  Se trata de aprender todo lo que podamos sobre esa identidad para que podamos abrazarla por completo.  El mensaje de Pablo aquí es un recordatorio de que pertenecemos a Dios, no como adoradores de ídolos, sino como miembros de su familia que cambian vidas.  Nuestra fe debe servir como un recordatorio para todos los que nos encontremos de que Él nunca está lejos de ninguno de nosotros.  Todo lo que tenemos que hacer es acercarnos a Él.  - Comentario de: Matthew J.  Dios Padre, sé que mi propósito en la vida es amarte y buscar mi identidad en Ti.  Hoy, oro para que hagas conocer tu presencia más a menudo en la vida.

Today’s Verse:

His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way towards him and find him, though he is not far from any of us. For in him we live and move and exist… – Acts 17:27-28a

Acts 17 is one of those chapters you have to read all the way through to truly grasp, but the message is clear and refers to God. “For in Him we live and move and exist.” Our purpose in seeking God is not about making a deal or even listening to the message because we have to; it is about living a life that represents who we are in Christ. It’s about learning as much as we can about that identity so we can fully embrace it. Paul’s message here is a reminder that we belong to God, not as idol worshippers, but as life-changing members of His family. Our faith is meant to serve as a reminder to all we encounter that He is never far from any of us. All we have to do is reach out to Him. - Commentary by: Matthew J. Elliot

Father God, I know that my purpose in life is to love You and seek my identity in You. Today, I pray that You will make your presence known more often in life.
