"El Dios Que Provee,"

Verso de hoy:

 si somos infieles, él permanece fiel, porque no puede negarse a sí mismo.  - 2 Timoteo 2:13

 ¡No tienes que ser cristiano por mucho tiempo antes de ver cuán increíblemente fiel es Dios para con nosotros!  Sin embargo, también parece que no nos lleva mucho tiempo olvidar las muchas formas en las que Él nos es fiel.  Parece que con cada dificultad o necesidad que surge surge el pánico. Nos preocupamos de dónde vendrá el dinero o cómo podemos superar cada prueba.  Dios llega al final, pero podemos caer en un ciclo, olvidándonos cada vez y dejando que la preocupación y el miedo se apoderen de nosotros.  Dios muestra Su fidelidad incluso en esto porque no nos abandona en nuestro tiempo de necesidad.  Debemos recordar que Dios tiene algo mejor y más importante para nosotros: ¡Su paz!  La próxima vez que surja una necesidad, trate de recordar la fidelidad de Dios.  Tenga confianza en el conocimiento de que Él vendrá por usted.  - Comentario de Traci Elliott

 Padre Celestial, gracias por tu fidelidad sin fin, incluso cuando no te somos fieles.  Ayúdanos a descansar en tu paz siempre, manteniendo tu fidelidad al frente de nuestras mentes.  Amén.

Today’s Verse:

if we are faithless, he remains faithful—for he cannot deny himself.  - 2 Timothy 2:13

You don’t have to be a Christian for long before you see how incredibly faithful God is to us! However, it also seems like it doesn’t take long for us to forget the many ways He is faithful to us. It seems with each difficulty or need that arises panic sets in. We worry about where the money will come from, or how we can possibly get through each trial. God comes through in the end, but we can fall into a cycle, forgetting each time and letting worry and fear get the better of us. God shows His faithfulness even in this because He doesn’t abandon us in our time of need. We need to remember God has something better and more important for us—His peace! The next time a need arises, try to remember the faithfulness of God. Be confident in the knowledge that He will come through for you. - Commentary by Traci Elliott

Today’s Prayer:

Heavenly Father, Thank You for your never ending faithfulness even when we are not faithful to You! Help us to rest in your peace always, keeping Your faithfulness at the forefront of our minds. Amen.
