Verso de hoy:

 Jesucristo es el mismo ayer, hoy y siempre.  - Hebreos 13: 8

 En el lapso de nueve meses, he tenido tres supervisores diferentes en el trabajo.  Esta es una tasa de rotación extraordinariamente rápida.  Por lo general, están estacionados durante un año antes de rotar a otra posición.  Dicen que nada es permanente en este mundo excepto el cambio y últimamente esto parece más cierto que nunca.  Honestamente, todavía me estreso por el cambio porque las incertidumbres lo acompañan, especialmente las no deseadas e inesperadas.  Me di cuenta de que mis planes se pueden alterar, la gente a mi alrededor puede ir y venir, pero el Señor es constante.  Es el mismo ayer, hoy y mañana.  Saber esto en mi corazón me tranquiliza y me da paz.  El cambio será a menudo una experiencia desagradable y seguramente nos llegará a todos.  Sin embargo, si confía en las cosas de este mundo como red de seguridad, solo se está preparando para la decepción.  Aférrate al Señor porque Él nunca cambia, y Él nunca te dejará ni te abandonará.  - Comentario de Mark Natividad

 Nuestro Padre Celestial, Tú eres mi roca, mi salvación y mi red de seguridad.  Ayúdame a buscarte constantemente a Ti y a Tu apoyo y amor inmutables.  En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

Today’s Verse:

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. - Hebrews 13:8

In the span of nine months, I’ve had three different Supervisors at work. This is an extraordinary fast turnover rate. Usually, they are stationed for a year before rotating to another position. They say nothing is permanent in this world but change and lately this seems more true than ever. Honestly, I still get stressed about change because uncertainties go with it, especially unwanted and unexpected ones. I realized that my plans can be altered, people around me may come and go, but the Lord is constant. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Knowing this in my heart puts my racing mind at ease and gives me peace. Change will often be an unpleasant experience and is sure to come to all of us. However, if you’re relying on things of this world as a safety net, you’re only preparing for disappointment. Hold on to the Lord for He never changes, and He will never leave nor forsake you. - Commentary by Mark Natividad

Today’s Prayer:

Our Heavenly Father, You are my rock, my salvation, and my safety net. Please help me to constantly seek You and Your unchanging support and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
