"A Dónde Ir Desde Aquí,"

Verso de hoy:

 La mente humana planea el camino, pero el Señor dirige los pasos.  - Proverbios 16: 9

 Es una vieja pregunta, ¿qué debo hacer a continuación?  A menudo es difícil saber cuál debería ser el siguiente paso en la vida.  Hay tres cosas que suelo hacer cuando me enfrento a decisiones importantes en la vida.  Primero, lo presento ante Dios en oración, pidiéndole que me muestre el camino.  En segundo lugar, busco el consejo piadoso de aquellos en quienes confío.  En tercer lugar, le pido al Señor que confirme lo que creo que me está diciendo.  A veces me dice que espere y que la respuesta está en camino.  A veces, las puertas se abren sin problemas.  Otras veces parece que no tengo una respuesta de una forma u otra.  En esos momentos puedo dar pequeños pasos en diferentes direcciones, pidiendo al Señor que me guíe a medida que avanzo.  Sea cual sea el nuevo paso que pueda estar enfrentando, sepa y confíe en que cuando lo busque, Él le mostrará el camino.  - Comentario de: Traci Elliott

 Padre Celestial, gracias por el plan que tienes para nosotros.  Guíanos en la vida.  ¡Queremos hacer tu voluntad!  Muéstranos paso a paso lo que debemos hacer a continuación y ayúdanos a buscarte con todo nuestro corazón.  En el nombre de Jesús, oramos.  Amén.

The human mind plans the way, but the Lord directs the steps. - Proverbs 16:9

It’s an age-old question, what should I do next? It’s often difficult to know what the next step in life should be. There are three things that I usually do when I am faced with major life decisions. First, I bring it before God in prayer, asking Him to show me the way. Second, I seek Godly counsel from those I trust. Third, I ask the Lord to confirm what I think He’s telling me. Sometimes He tells me to wait, and that the answer is on its way. Sometimes doors open without a problem. Other times it seems like I don’t have an answer one way or the other. In those times I may take baby steps in different directions, asking the Lord to guide me as I go. Whatever new step you may be facing, know, and trust that when you seek Him, He will show you the way! - Commentary by: Traci Elliott

Heavenly Father, thank You for the plan You have for us! Guide us in life. We want to do Your will! Show us step by step what we should do next, and help us to seek You with all our hearts. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
