God knows how to take a moment of disadvantage and turn it into at moment of advantage and triumph!

There are (and will be) no shortage of challenges for us to overcome in our lives. In the midst of a crowd, personal challenges can at times cause us to feel alone and isolated. But when we accepted our Lord and Savior into our lives-we would never be alone again. It is the intention of Satan to kill and destroy us. But he will fail! For the Scriptures says- "And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." (Psalms1:3) When God made us, He was not having a bad day. We were created for a purpose and with a purpose. The devil does not want us to know that! It is our purpose that will become our distinction. In regards to our life challenges-God can take our stumbling blocks and turn them into stepping stones! The very thing the devil will try to hold us back with, (or block us) God will either remove it-or use it for His glory. PS: as to feeling alone - we are also reminded of His Word: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." (Psalms23:4)

Christian Unity!

Have you prayed as much about the things and the people you complain about? Take it to God in prayer and leave it there! Anyone who says they hate or dislike another Christian, for any reason-cannot be filled with the Spirit of God. It is a logical impossibility. We need to learn how to look and find the "good" in others, not just highlight the "bad." I know, there are some who can make this most difficult. Christian unity is more than a state of being. It’s a power! For the Scriptures says “Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.” (Philippians2:2(KJV) Our association with fellow Christians should be uplifting, enlightening, encouraging, and consistent. Our intentions should be the same. Edify the Body of Christ. IT'S A GOOD THING!

Do It God’s Way!

It's OK if you don't understand God-just don't misunderstand Him. Some saints believe we need to get things (the world’s way) to accomplish God’s will for us to perform His purpose in our lives. Trying to gain the material things of this world will not give our spirit peace. Don’t doubt yourself or your gift. The same hand that pushed the rock from the tomb, can shove away the doubt from our hearts. Petitions made to God which are subject to His will-and accompanied by faith-bring results! There Is Power in the Name of Jesus! And it is in His name we will receive clarity of purpose and the way to perform His will. Fulfill your destiny! Just be sure to do it God’s way!

8 Tips for a Healthier Workplace

1. Clean and dry spills as soon as possible. Keep plenty of paper towels on hand to wipe up small messes. Report larger or continuous leaks to facilities management. Remember: Simple spills can cause slips. Large spills or chronic leaks can lead to mold outbreaks. Neither is something you want or need in your workplace. 2. Organize for safety. Use desk organizers and storage systems to keep items properly stowed. “What happens when scissors are under a stack of papers and someone tries to scoop up the papers?” asks Shaun Crawford, a certified industrial hygienist and a faculty instructor in Environmental Health Sciences in the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health. That’s right: A cut or a puncture wound. These kinds of injuries are totally avoidable with more attention to neatness and organization. 3. Tell sick workers to stay home. “You can start to shed viruses before you have symptoms — and before you’re completely well, you can still shed viruses,” explains Kelly Reynolds, associate professor of Environmental Health Sciences and director of the Environment, Exposure Science and Risk Assessment Center at the University of Arizona's Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. Once germs are in, they work fast. In a study of how germs move through a workplace, Reynolds inoculated one employee with a harmless virus at 8 am. By noon, half of the 80 employees in the office had the same virus on their hands. “Even if you think you can hide out in your office, you’re coming into contact with the same doorknobs, the same buttons on the copy machine,” she adds. 4. Encourage hand washing. Employees should do it regularly.The pros recommend washing your hands a lot, especially when you get to work, before you leave the office, before you eat and after shaking hands. And dry them, too; germs glom onto wet hands more easily than onto dry ones. Using hand sanitizer can help, too. 5. Clean desks and tables. In her study, Reynolds also noticed that germs spread even though “the employees did not have a lot of contact with one another.” The transmission came from people touching shared surfaces in common areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms and conference tables. But it’s not just common areas. Desks, keyboards, phones and other nonporous surfaces are also prime dwellings for germs, and they're often touched by multiple people. In addition, you might think eating lunch at their desks makes your team more productive; it also makes them more prone to illness. Taking a bite of sandwich, answering the phone, grabbing a pen, thumbing through some papers, taking another bite...before long, they’re swallowing a few million germs. To combat this, always have disinfectant sprays and wipes handy, and encourage their use. If your employees eat at work, ask them to clean the surface first, put a barrier between their food and the surface and don’t touch anything else while eating. 6.Remove trip and fall hazards. Proper storage and cable management systems help keep your workforce on its feet. Boxes, electrical cords and other objects that clog aisles and walkways are accidents waiting to happen. “It’s not uncommon for someone to be standing next to a bookcase with a knee-height box on the floor, lose awareness of the box and trip over it,” Crawford says. 7. Tend to minor injuries. Even small wounds can become infected, leading to more serious problems and lost productivity. “Some of the most under-appreciated injuries are small puncture wounds that can get infected and lead to larger issues,” Crawford reports. Even if it’s only a minor nick or cut, tend to it properly to avoid infection or follow-on injury. 8. Respect co-workers’sensitivitiesto cologne, perfume, allergens and air fresheners. There is a difference between God's voice and the enemy's voice.

The enemy will tell you things that will lead you into bondage. But you shall know God's voice and He will guide you to freedom, wisdom and spiritual joy. The enemy will approach you in many ways-even through many people. But God will always approach you in truth and in spirit. When God speaks to you, your spirit will know Him. For the Scriptures says: "And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice." (John10:4) Always listen for His voice. And when you hear His voice-follow Him. Don't worry if you will understand Him. He is not the arthur of confusion. That other voice is!

When God puts a dream into your heart

When God puts a dream into your heart, there will always be others who will try to pull you away from it. Their approach may be subtle-but let there be no mistake about it, if anyone tries to pull you away from your dream that God gave you-God did not send them to you. Stay in agreement with God! Know that God is not the author of confusion. If He do not want you two have a thing, your spirit will receive it from God without confusion. With God's favor-when one door closes, another door will open. This is why we can have peace when we lose an opportunity. When we release our faith-God's power is activated! And when God gives you His favor, your enemies cannot come against you. No weapon formed against you can prosper!

There are those who can only see the weakness in other people-& not their strengths. It is good to focus on the good qualities in others. Everyone have faults! But everyone also have some good qualities within them. We all have known those who have a critical spirit. Wherever they go, their critical spirit will follow them. A critical spirit will taint everyone & everything. The enemy is called "The Accuser of the brotheren." Help spread the word to others-not to follow the accuser. Such people will stand out like a sore thumb-& your spirit will know them! No one really wants to be around them. And wherever they go, their critical spirit will follow them. When we look for only the good in others-it creates an opportunity to build an encouraging relationship. It may even help some to begin to change their way of how they look at others. For the scripture says: "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, & if there be any praise, think on these things." (Philippians4:8) The Word of God is perfect! It not only teaches us-but it also correct us! To God be the glory!

Express Your Joy!

As children of God, we have the ability to find joy wherever we are-in Christ Jesus-through the power of the Holy Spirit. This is not just a "feel-good" joy! Regardless of our circumstances-God has given us the ability to tap into this unspeakable joy-wherever we may be. We not only have this ability, but we also have the responsibility-to lift up others as well. This special kind of joy is an "Anointing Joy" - given to us by God Himself. For the Scriptures says: "Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows." (Hebrews1:9) Even though we are responsible to bring joy into the lives of others-we are not responsible for them to accept it! That's their job! Some people want to live in the pits! Some like the attention it brings to them. There are also some people who will never change. Be mindful however, not to let them take away your joy. Jesus often would give his disciples joy-even when He knew of pending persecution from others. To that end (may I say) - even on a bad day-God has given us the ability to pass on His anointing joy to others! Oh by the way-when you share your joy with others-a special gratification is also given to your spirit. It works both ways!
